Eligible candidates may apply for this test in two ways –

  1. Online mode
  2. Offline mode

 

Online mode, as we all known, consists of an online application form. This form is available on the official website of VITEEE. Candidates may access the form online, fill it up and submit it.

 

When it comes to offline mode, the application form is an OMR sheet. Candidates may obtain this form designated post offices and VIT campuses (Vellore, Chennai, Amravati and Bhopal). Candidates must fill the form and send it to the specified address (discussed in detail in this post).

VITEEE 2021 Online Application Process

VITEEE online application process consists of the following stages –

  1. Registration
  2. Form-filling
  3. Payment of application fee
  4. Uploading documents
  5. Form submission

 

1 VITEEE 2021 Online Registration

  1. Visit the official website of VITEEE. Search for VITEEE registration link/option/tab and click on it.
  2. Click on new applicant option. A registration form will appear on screen.
  3. Enter the required details. Provide active mobile number and email id.
  4. Enter the verification code and click in register button.
  5. Candidates will receive their login credentials via email and SMS.

 

Once the registration process is complete, a candidates may proceed to form-filling section.

 

VITEEE 2021 Online Form-Filling

  1. Visit the official website of VITEEE. Search for VITEEE registration link/option/tab and click on it.
  2. Login using your credentials (sent via email and SMS).
  3. Access the application form and enter the following details – address, academic details, category details, subject preference etc.
  4. After filling each page, click on ‘save and next’ button to proceed to the next page.
  5. Pay the application fee (credit/debit cards, net banking, e-wallets etc). Select preferred payment method and click on proceed to pay button.
  6. Upload scanned images of candidate’s latest passport size photo and signature specimen.
  7. Submit the application form.
  8. Download the confirmation page and take its printout for further use/reference.

 

VITEEE 2021 Offline Application Process

Offline application process consists of the following stages –

  1. Obtaining the application form
  2. Form-filling
  3. Sending application form and relevant documents to the specified address

 

Obtaining application form

  • Candidates may obtain VITEEE application form from designated post offices and VIT campuses. Here’s the list of designated post offices –
  • Vellore, Salem, Erode, Trichy, Coimbatore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, RS Puram, Visakhapatnam, Chittoor, Vijayawada, Tirupati, Guntur and Kurnool.
  • Here’s the list of designated VIT campuses – Vellore, Chennai, Amravati & Bhopal.
  • The application form is an OMR sheet. Candidates may obtain it from designated post offices and VIT campuses after paying application fee.

 

Offline form-filling

  • A candidate must fill up the form carefully using a black ball point pen.
  • Stick recent passport size photograph (colored only) of the candidate on the assigned space.
  • Make sure that the form has been completely and accurately filled. Attach necessary documents wherever required.
  • Send it through speed post or registered post to the following address – Director, UG admissions, VIT, Vellore 632014.
  • Ensure that the form reaches its destination before the deadline.
  • Keep a copy of the OMR application form for further reference/use.

 

Details required

  • While filling up the application form (online or offline), candidates are required to enter the following details –
  • Personal details: Name of the candidate, father’s name, mother’s name, guardian’s occupation, date of birth, nationality etc.
  • Contact details: Email id, mobile number, address etc.
  • Academic details: Year of passing the qualifying exam, name of school, address of school, mode of education, name of the board, marks scored etc.
  • Preferences: Choice of campus, choice of exam center etc.
