Diploma holders are eligible to apply for this post and after selection, the main task of a Yantrik will be to maintain and operate machinery belonging to Indian Coast Guard’s ships and aircraft.
Then comes the Navik (General Duty) post. Here are details regarding how one may join Indian Coast Guard as a Navik (General Duty). 12th Science stream students are eligible to apply for this post and after selection, they may specialize in disciplines such as- communication, mechanical, electrical, seaman and aviation!
