Salary depends on numerous factors. Prominent factors include- profile of the employer and job location. Other than the fixed remuneration, a bartender also may earn decent amount of money through tips from happy clients! General starting salary could be anywhere between 10-20K Rupees. In case of high end restaurants, bars and resorts, the salary figure will be much higher.
