Is the number 13 lucky for you? Many might say no, some might say yes! The origin of belief that number 13 is unlucky dates back to the ancient times. The Christian belief that number 13 is unlucky stems from the fact that there were 13 diners at the last supper and after the last supper, Jesus was crucified. Here are some bizarre and weird facts and events related to this number:

 

Apollo 13

This incident is totally weird. The thirteenth Apollo mission, named Apollo 13, almost met its doom. On April 13, 1970, an explosion damaged its oxygen tank and it started to leak. It made its way back to earth with great difficulty. It should be noted that the Apollo 13 was launched two days before the freak accident, at 13:13 (1:13 pm). Remarkable incident!
