* Educational qualifications
Candidates must have a Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with minimum 60% marks. They must also have pursued English as a subject during Graduation.
First of all, candidates who satisfy the above two conditions have to appear for UGC-NET’s (University Grant Commission- National Eligibility Test) Hindi subject examination.
Candidates have to qualify the examination and score more than the cut-off marks specified by UGC-NET.
Candidates declared qualified by UGC-NET will be shortlisted by ONGC management for further selection process.
The final selection is done on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate in UGC-NET examination, educational qualifications and the performance in personal interview.
