Hello folks! We wish you a very happy and prosperous Diwali! Diwali is called the festival of lights. We hope that almighty God bless you and your family. Enjoy Diwali 2013 with your family and friends. But keep certain points in mind and celebrate this festival safely.
Crackers are used by Indians during Diwali. Crackers and Fireworks use should be reduced by one and all. First of all, Diwali is not all about bursting crackers, it is about lights, sweets and joy! Crackers bring with them lots of negatives. First of all, crackers pollute the environment. They emit harmful gases into the atmosphere. During this age of global warming and other rising environmental issues, we must at least try to contribute to environmental protection by not using crackers. Secondly, crackers pose health risk. Many cases of burns and accidents are reported during Diwali, thanks to mishaps while using fireworks. This particularly happens with children. When no adult is around to supervise them, children are at great risk of hurting themselves.
Now comes the sweets part! Diwali is an occasion when most of us gorge on delicious sweets and delicacies. This is not wrong at all. But one should eat anything in moderate amount. Sweets taste great, but they are bad for health. So eat less and take care of your health!
This Diwali, 2013, why not make a difference? Instead of just celebrating and enjoying, try to make others happy. Try to give food/money to needy and poor. Help them celebrate Diwali! This will give you huge satisfaction and peace of mind. There is great pleasure in giving to others.
So, I hope you will keep in mind the above points while enjoying Diwali 2013. Enjoy the festival of joy and happiness with your family and friends. We wish you a very happy Diwali! Enjoy guys!
