How to check status, details and value of LIC Policy online
The very first step is to register on the official portal of LIC India. Here is the link to the official portal- LICIndia.in.
After opening the portal, register as a new user. You may find the link for new users to register themselves on the site.
While registering, the site demands some necessary and vital information like- Policy Number, Amount of Installment premium, Date of Birth of the Applicant and a valid E Mail address for further contact.
Also, remember to set up a strong password, for security reasons of course! The password must contain at least one numeric character and must be at least 8 characters long.
If all the right details are provided, then the user will have no trouble in wrapping up the registration process. After the first step, proceed to the next one-
Log In and ‘Enroll Policies’, this is the second and the final step! After completing the registration part, all you need to do is to log in to the site using your id and password.
After logging in, look for section titled- Policy Tools. Hover over that option and you will get a list of menus. From that list, click on ‘Enroll Policies’.
After clicking on the link, you will be prompted to add the policy, by entering details like- Policy Number, Name of the Policy holder, Amount of the Premium.
After entering the correct and necessary details, add the policy. Upon doing so, the site will display details related to the LIC policy like- Plan details, Due date, premium amount, documents, figures etc.
